Prenatal One-Day Intensive - $350

9:00am-4:00pm This class is held in-person only at Cary House, 460 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. This one day intensive will will cover highlights our our entire 7-week comprehensive class series the best we can and then you will also access to the recordings of our full Childbirth Ed series where you can revisit information in your own time at your own pace for a deeper dive. * 9-12 - Prenatal Education - Living well in your pregnancy, what labor looks like, how to support it, options available to you in the hospital and how to navigate them. * 12-1 - Hour Lunch * 1-4 - Postpartum Education - Breastfeeding, baby basics, and postpartum care for mom and family.
